The following letter is from a concerned citizen. Re: Haley’s Story
I cannot tell you how distraught I was to read about what you and your daughter suffered through because of your former wife’s negligence. Your ex-wife should have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and spent the rest of her life in jail! My heart breaks for you and what you must have sustained during this time of the greatest test of your emotional and spiritual strength that I hope you will ever have to go through. I assume that your ex-wife had a very expensive law team, and that could be the only reason she could have prevailed with only probation time. I can’t believe that she only got probation!!! How can that be possible? Considering all the discrepancies, I cannot believe that your home state would allow this woman (I use in the loosest terms) rights that would not be allowed to other individuals. I hope that the current husband of this disgusting individual realizes the danger he is putting his own family in. May God bless you and keep you in your time of need.
