The Honorable Judge Stephen A. Rapp

Fifteenth Judicial Circuit
Main Palm Beach County Courthouse
205 North Dixie Highway
West Palm Beach, Florida 33401

Dear Judge Rapp,

Please allow me to introduce the undersigned as an advocate for children’s rights. It never ceases to amaze me what goes on in our society today. What ever happened to children’s rights? Animals seem to have more laws to protect them today then children. Common sense should be called uncommon sense. When you look at children today, you are actually gazing into the eyes of future parents, teachers, senators, even our next president. Shouldn’t we treat them as such?

I was in total disbelief when I read the article in the Palm Beach Post regarding the Dennis McLennand Jr. case. Although the parents of Alayn Aguila are victims in this case, the true victim is the child who can no longer speak. It is that child’s victims’ rights you should be protecting. By you agreeing to a plea deal if a defendant pays money to a victim will no doubt open the door in future cases for defendants to try and buy their way out of crimes.

I guess we do have the best system money can buy!

Very truly yours,

Jacques Bobrowsky, President and Founder
