RE: Dunitze Dee Venter Case # 01007457CF10A
Dear Mr. Cavanagh, I am Jacques Bobrowsky, President and Founder of Haley’s Rights. We are a nonprofit organization for children’s rights. Crimes against children occur far too often in our country. The only way to change statistics and protect our children is to hold the perpetrators accountable for their actions. This is one sure way to protect the future of our children in The United States of America. There is no worse crime than one committed against a child. There is often a common, but wrong, perception that the pain of losing a child is punishment enough for a mother. A parent by law is supposed to protect their children and keep them out of harms way. Ms. Venter intentionally killed her own child for which there is no justification. Kyle Venter will never, ever, ever have the opportunity to experience any of the joys which life has to offer. In regards to Ms Venter’s sentencing hearing, we are asking you to please ask the Honorable Judge Elijah H. Williams for the maximum sentence allowed within the guidelines for her crime. If possible, I would like to have the opportunity to address the court at the sentencing hearing, on behalf of children. Thank you in advance.
Very truly yours, Jacques Bobrowsky, President and Founder Haley’s Rights CC: Christy McKerney (Sun-Sentinel)
