Letter from WASO (Washington Area Service Organization) Monday October 17, 2005
Dear Mr.Bobrowsky of
Haley's Rights,
Thank you and your director's, for your courage, strength, and means to make our country a better place for children to live, and, for your efforts to make a reasonable demand for equity in Florida's lower and upper Court's. We have a small but expanding group, Washington Area Service Organization, a membership based public advocacy in Family Matters and Rental Housing. Our base is in Washington D.C., and our coordinator for our National Program - Father's Right to Child Custody & Support, is from Ohio. Last week, our Father's Right to Child Support & Custody - National Program coordinator from Ohio emailed your site's URL for everyone's review. I am very proud to have accessed to your site's tremendous reinforcement to us. We have experienced tragedy in our lives, and, too often we've almost lost hope, yet, our children's need for a father in their lives transcends to our core, the necessity for sincere action and opposition to unlawful discriminatory practices by our Court's throughout our country. Washington D.C., not being the same as Florida, has practically the same wrongful judicial practices which equate to unlawful procedures decimating family structure under color of law. I happen to be a non-lawyer who exercises the application of this Federal District's rules and regulations, which permit non-lawyer "Practitioner's" to perform limited representations before Federal and District government agencies, and related ancillary fora (the Courts). The reviews, investigations, and, research of family matters have such significance, that, we truly appreciate other's like your organization's positions, research, actions and dissemination of factual case material, which accurately demonstrates our out-of-control State's Attorney's, and poor lawyering, which furthers the diminution of our laws to ineffective hyperbole. We have a MSN community group site, not prolific with buzzes and whistles, just a straight-ahead effort to building an effective force to actively challenge and directly address inequities before the Courts. Feel free to examine our group site, the main group site, WASO (our acronym) can be found at: http://www.msnusers.com/WASO . Thank you for being there for us to learn from your experience and application of the basic principals of our democracy! We've been touched by your courage and express hart felt condolence. I've included your site's honor of your daughter in our FRCCS group. We feel very deeply for your loss. And, we pray for your organization's success and longevity. Sincerely,
