Music Fundraising
Although I studied music most of my childhood through my late teens, I was never able to write music or lyrics. Two months before the crash, I bought Haley a piano and began to teach her. I didn't play piano in about 16 years. I taught Haley, "When you wish upon a star". Haley was so excited. You see, she was going to play that song in her music class in school that week. Haley never got to play the piano ever again. After Haley was killed, I couldn't even look at the piano. It was about a year later, I couldn't sleep, so I sat at the piano at about 2:00 a.m. and this song just came out of my fingers. I called it "Haley's Theme". Haley's memory has inspired me to write over 20 songs.
I am currently searching for a major recording artist to record one of my songs and donate the proceeds to Haley's Rights.
