OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS

 



Jacques Bobrowsky – President, Founder and Director

Mr. Bobrowsky was born and raised in Yonkers New York. He studied music throughout his late teens and early adulthood and attended Westchester Community College, Herbert H. Lehman College and Pace University in N.Y.C. He worked on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange in risk arbitrage from 1986 – 1989 and later moved to Boca Raton, Florida where he became a photographer. Mr. Bobrowsky volunteered on a fund raising committee in Boca Raton, Fl to benefit Ben Gurion University in Israel and also volunteered in the Palm Beach County Schools, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, American Cancer Society, The Children’s Place at Homesafe and the Teen Anger & Alienation Community Forum for WXEL-TV Palm Beach. Mr. Bobrowsky founded “Haley’s Rights” a year after his daughter and only child was killed.

 

Eloise P. Wexler – Vice President, Treasurer, Director

Ms. Wexler was born and raised in Tennessee. She is a mother of two children, graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1978 with a B.A. in Radio & Television Broadcast Production and Journalism. Ms. Wexler moved to N.Y.C. in 1978 where she was employed as Manufacturers Editor at McGraw Hill Publications. In 1980, Ms. Wexler worked as Vice President/Account Executive for Siesel Company Advertising and Public Relations. She currently owns Boca Neighbors in Boca Raton – South Palm Beach County’s personal new resident welcoming service and is a realtor. Ms. Wexler has volunteered in the Palm Beach County Schools and Boca Ballet Theatre Company.

 

Roy T. Gelber – Director

Mr. Gelber graduated from the University of Florida in 1972 with a B.A. in Political Science, J.D. Stamford University in 1975 and M.S. Criminal Justice in 1977. He was an Assistant State Attorney in Dade County, Fl from 1975-1980, Private Practice of Law from 1980-1986. From 1986-1988 he was a County Judge in Miami-Dade County, Fl. And Circuit Judge in Miami-Dade County, Fl from 1988-1991. He has handled over 2000 matters as a criminal defense attorney and has tried over 200 cases in State and Federal Court. Mr. Gelber’s teaching experience includes: St Thomas University Law School in 1990, Miami-Dade Community College in paralegal Studies, various campuses from 1987-1990 and National Paralegal Institute Ft. Lauderdale, Fl in 1989.

 

Lillian Bobrowsky – Director

Mrs. Bobrowsky was born and raised in Yonkers, N.Y. and is a mother of three grown children. Haley Jordan Bobrowsky was her only grandchild. Mrs. Bobrowsky volunteered in her children’s school as they were growing up. She was also a member of their schools P.T.A., volunteered for the American Heart Association and American Cancer Society.
